About Pure WiffPure Wiff is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand offering premium car and home fragrances. We are building an experience-led brand with high creative output and strong storytelling. We are growing using performance marketing (Meta Ads + UGC) and are looking for someone who can coordinate, organise, and execute our creative production pipeline.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content & Creative Coordinator who can help convert our founder's creative direction into clear briefs, organised workflows, and timely delivery of ad creatives.
This is a high-execution role.
You will coordinate between:
- UGC creator agency
- Video editor(s)
- Founder
- Media buyer
Your goal is to ensure consistent weekly creative output for paid ads.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Briefing & Script Coordination- Convert founder's notes into clear, structured creative briefs
- Write talking points, hooks, and on-screen text guidelines
- Share briefs with UGC creator agency and ensure understanding
- Request retakes, missing clips, or corrections as needed
- Prepare shot lists and deliverable checklists for every brief
2. UGC & Raw Footage Management- Receive raw footage from creators and check compliance with brief
- Flag gaps or reshoots immediately
- Organise all raw clips neatly in Google Drive with naming conventions
3. Coordination With Editor- Create an editing brief for each video
- Ensure editor delivers:
- Hook variations
- Messaging Variation
- On-screen text additions and spell checks
- Follow up for timely delivery
- Do basic QC of edits before founder review
4. Project Management- Maintain the creative production pipeline on Trello
- Upload new creatives to drive + Trello cards
- Maintain calendars, tracking deadlines and follow-ups to avoid delays
- Pull basic performance data from internal dashboards (CTR, ROAS, CPC)
- Prepare a weekly summary for founder review
5. Creative Support (Canva and basic video editing tool)- Create hook iterations and cutdowns of the main edited video
- Help with occasional small shoots/b-roll capture (phone camera is enough)
- Assist with content for Amazon/Shopify listings when needed
Who You Are- 13 years of experience / internship in content, social media, influencer/UGC coordination, production, or creative ops
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good written English
- Understands reels/TikTok-style videos
- Familiar with modern DTC brands
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Loves content, creative ideas, and problem-solving
- Not afraid to chase creators/editors to meet deadlines
- Basic Video Editing (Instagram Edits, VN, Capcut) and Canva Skills
Nice-To-Have Skills (Not mandatory)- Experience with UGC creators or content creation
- Understanding of paid ads formats
- Creative thinking for hooks/talking points
