Position Overview:

The Content & Community Associate plays a key role in driving ITILITE's inbound demand through sharp, human B2B content. This role requires strong logical thinking, the ability to learn new industries quickly, and a problem-solving mindset to figure out what content works and where. You will grow ITILITE's visibility across communities, search, and AI-driven discovery by placing credible, useful content in the right places. The impact of this role directly shows up in brand trust, discovery, and qualified inbound leads.

Positioned at the Series C stage, itilite is resolutely pursuing the goal of digitalizing corporate travel and expenses, striving to render the experience as effortless as individual travel.

Having catered to over 500 corporate entities, facilitated millions of bookings, and boasting a diverse inventory of over 4 million flights, hotels, and a plethora of options worldwide,the brand is making remarkable strides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write high-quality B2B content that sounds human: Quickly understand itilite's industry, audience pain points, and what actually gets attention. Write content that feels useful, credible, and natural across formats.
  • Strengthen itilite's visibility in AI and search experiences: Help improve how itilite shows up in AI-generated answers by earning citations, mentions, and references across relevant websites, forums, and content platforms.
  • Own and grow itilite's presence in online communities: Actively participate in Reddit and similar platforms by contributing to discussions, answering questions, and sharing insights without sounding promotional.
  • Research and identify the right places to show up: Find external sites, threads, and communities where our audience already spends time, and understand how content performs in each.
  • Place links and references thoughtfully: Share itilite content only when it genuinely adds value to the conversation, building trust rather than noise

Qualifications / requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in SEO-optimised content writing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory if writing quality and experience are strong.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proven track record of quickly understanding new industries, products, and audiences, and turning that understanding into clear, engaging content.
  • Solid grasp of search-driven content fundamentals, with curiosity about how AI search and LLM responses discover, reference, and surface brands.
  • Able to work independently with a high sense of ownership, making decisions, prioritising work, and moving forward without constant direction.
  • Naturally curious and resourceful, with a learn-fast mindset and the discipline to experiment, evaluate what's working, and double down on results.
