Role Summary

We are looking for a creativeContent & Brand Marketing Executivewith 34 years of experience to be our primary storyteller. Your mission is to build brand authority and generateMarketing. Qualified Leads (MQLs)through high-impact content, social media engagement, and strategic branding. You will turn complex B2B tech concepts into snackable, high-conversion assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Content Creation: Draft, design, and produce a steady stream of B2B content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and how-to guides.
  • Social Media Management: Own ourLinkedIn presence. Write daily posts, engage with industry influencers, and manage our brand's voice to build a community of followers.
  • Visual Branding: Use tools likeCanvaorAdobe Expressto create on-brand social tiles, infographics, and slide decks that align with our visual identity.
  • Lead-Magnet Strategy: Create and promote Gated Content (webinars, e-books) specifically designed to capture contact info and generate MQLs.
  • Email Marketing: Write compelling copy for weekly newsletters and automated nurture sequences that keep our brand top-of-mind for prospects.
  • Brand Monitoring: Track brand mentions and industry trends to ensure our content stays relevant and One-Up against competitors.
  • The Closer Toolkit: Develop high-conversion sales assets includingpitch decks,one-pagers, andtechnical battlecardsthat help the Sales Hunter/SDR team win against specific competitors.
  • Social Proof Engine: Own the end-to-end production ofcustomer success storiesandvideo testimonialsthat prove ROI and build immediate trust during the prospecting phase.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 34 years in B2B content marketing or social media management (SaaS/Tech/Agency preferred).
  • B2B Storytelling: Ability to take boring technical data and turn it into a compelling narrative that solves a customer's pain point.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge ofLinkedIn algorithms,hubspot orMailchimp, and SEO basics.
  • Copywriting Mastery: Proven ability to write headlines that drive clicks and body copy that builds trust.
  • Basic Design Skills: Comfortable creating quick social assets without needing a full-time graphic designer for every post.
