Content & Brand Intern – Home Decor / Lifestyle Brand

We are looking for a creative, internet-savvy Content & Brand Intern to help build a premium home decor and textile brand from the ground up.

If you spend time on Pinterest, save Instagram posts for inspiration, understand aesthetics, and enjoy creating content rather than simply consuming it — this role may be a good fit.

• Create and maintain Instagram content calendars

• Design posts, carousels, reels, and grid layouts

• Assist with content ideation and campaign planning

• Generate content using AI tools and creative software

• Research trends, aesthetics, creators, and competitors

• Manage posting schedules and basic community engagement

• Identify and coordinate with UGC creators and micro influencers

• Help shape overall brand communication and storytelling

• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling

• Comfortable using social media platforms regularly

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools

• Comfortable learning and using AI tools

• Good written English and communication skills

• Self-driven, organised, and willing to experiment

• Maintain Pinterest boards or aesthetic pages

• Enjoy home decor, fashion, lifestyle, or design content

• Have previously created content (personal projects count)

• Understand Instagram beyond trends and templates
