Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions for contact center analytics
Work with Genesys Engage / PureEngage data sources including InfoMart, GAAP, GIDB, and SpeechMiner
Integrate and support CCaaS platforms such as Five9, Google CCAI Platform, or Amazon Connect
Develop and manage data models covering calls, agents, queues, routing, interactions, and customer journeys
Implement real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines using streaming frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance
Build APIs and integration layers for seamless data flow across systems
Optimize data storage and query performance in cloud data warehouses
Ensure data governance, accuracy, and quality across all pipelines
