About the Role: We are looking for a growth-oriented and customer-focused professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for SIP, ETF, and Trading Ideas businesses at Paytm Money. The role requires strong analytical thinking, growth strategy execution, and collaboration across product, content, and business teams to enhance investment journeys and user engagement.
Responsibilities : Drive user acquisition and engagement for ETF, SIP, and Research Content products. Develop strategies to improve SIP registrations, active SIPs, and SIP continuation rates. Grow ETF trading volume and AUM through targeted campaigns, investor education, and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with the content and research teams to ensure investment insights drive user engagement and conversions. Analyze investment patterns, user cohorts, and drop-off points to optimize investment funnels and customer journeys. Design lifecycle campaigns to convert one-time investors into long-term systematic investors. Monitor and improve key metrics such as SIP MTU, ETF AUM, research engagement, and retention rates. Partner with product and UX teams to improve onboarding, discovery, and investment experiences. Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to understand customer behavior and industry trends. Prepare periodic business reviews, performance reports, and actionable growth recommendations for stakeholders.
Expectations/ Requirements:Minimum 3-4 years of User Acquisition experience, with exposure to SIP,ETF, Mutual Funds. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking. Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle management, or business analytics roles. Understanding of investment products such as SIPs, ETFs, mutual funds, and retail investing journeys. Ability to analyze user behavior, funnels, and cohort performance to drive business growth. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, dashboards, and reporting tools is preferred. Experience in campaign management across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app communication. Prior exposure to fintech, wealth-tech, investing, or consumer internet businesses will be preferred. High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation and attention to detail.
Education: Any Graduate.
