We're Assembling a Core Team to Create Something Iconic
At I-PAC, we've always played big. We have helped India's top political leaders win elections, transformed how campaigns are fought, and redefined how democracy operates in the country. In doing so, we created an entirely new domain of political consulting.
Now, the founders are assembling a small, high-trust, high-impact core team to build something that has never been done beforein an entirely new domain. This is not a conventional job. It is about building from scratch, solving unclear problems, and driving outcomes that matter at scale.
We are looking for a Consumer Psychology Professional to join the Founder's Office at I-PAC. This role focuses on understanding consumer behaviour deeply and turning those insights into actions that improve products, strategies, and engagement. You will study how consumers think, make decisions, and interact with products or platforms, identifying what motivates them, what causes friction, and what drives loyalty or disengagement.
You will design and conduct research, including surveys, usability studies, experiments, and field observations, analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. You will translate findings into clear, practical recommendations that guide product improvements, user journeys, messaging, and strategic decisions.
Beyond individual projects, you will help build processes and systems that make consumer psychology a central part of decision-making, including frameworks for segmentation, feedback loops, and repeatable research methods. Your insights will influence not only product design but also strategy, engagement programs, and initiatives with real-world impact.
Who Should NOT Apply
This role is not for you if you are looking for predictability, narrow job scopes, or comfort over impact.
