Consumer Financing Product Manager - Global Payment

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in product management. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space. - Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
