Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Integration Manager with extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle WebLogic, and related middleware technologies. The role involves designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions, with a specific focus on integrating core banking applications like FLEXCUBE and OBPM. The ideal candidate will lead the definition of integration strategy and architecture, as well as ensure the successful deployment and management of integration projects. The role also includes managing system security, performance tuning, and collaborating with technical teams to drive optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Define integration strategy, architecture, and approach for enterprise-level integration projects.

Design and develop integration interfaces for applications, including FLEXCUBE and OBPM.

Manage integrations and authentication between Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and various systems, ensuring secure connections.

Oversee JMS configuration and administration, including message queuing and reliable message delivery.

Administer Oracle WebLogic Server, ensuring its installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and scaling of OSB and associated components to ensure optimal performance.

Interact with technical teams and integration architects to review designs and guide integration developers on technology and best practices.

Prepare detailed documentation for integration solutions, including architectural diagrams, configuration procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Lead integration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB), including configuration, deployment, and management.

Strong experience in OSB service routing, mediation, message transformation, and integration patterns.

Proven ability to manage integrations and authentication between OSB and various systems, ensuring secure connections.

Extensive experience with JMS configuration, message queuing, and reliable message delivery.

Strong experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration with various systems.

Experience with FLEXCUBE and OBPM core banking systems.

Proven ability to define Integration Strategy, architecture, and approach for large-scale projects.

Ability to estimate integration projects and manage them end-to-end.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing technical documentation.

Good-to-Have:

Experience With IBM ACE Or Other Middleware Technologies.

Exposure to Cloud technologies and their integration with on-premise systems.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Leadership experience in managing integration teams and projects.
