Lead client engagements by designing and implementing strategies to drive motivation and organisational transformation.
Independently identify and develop market opportunities while building and managing senior client relationships to grow the business across the Southeast Asia region.
Lead the analysis of employee survey data and broader organisational diagnostics, translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and HR leaders, independently owning the co-creation and delivery of customised transformation and change-management strategies.
Drive pipeline development across SEA by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting organisations with complex people and culture challenges.
Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to the development of internal consulting capabilities and best practices.
Bachelor's degree or above in any field an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
5 to 10 years of industry experience in human resources and organisational transformation consulting, with demonstrated client-facing responsibilities.
Proven track record of managing client relationships independently at the C-suite or HR leadership level.
Business to native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) is required to effectively support the overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies and represent a Japanese company in the SEA market.
Strong command of English proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (including Chinese) is a plus.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data into strategic recommendations.
Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to present with confidence to executive-level audiences.
Solid understanding of domains such as behavioural economics, psychology, or organisational behaviour, with the ability to apply these frameworks practically in client engagements.
Willingness to work on-site as a full-time employee and travel for client engagements as required, and comfortable operating across multiple markets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite familiarity with data visualisation or HR analytics tools is an added advantage.

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 8,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Variable Bonus provided 4 times per year, based on both company and individual performance
