Possesses 8-10 years of IT experience in Retail, Restaurants or Consumer Goods industry
Experience in Retail and Store operations process like Store Inventory Management, Point of Sale system, Store Transaction Management (Store Ordering, Receiving), Loyalty, Store work force Management, compliance and loss prevention
Extensive hands-on experience in implementation project (Point of Sale, Workforce Management, In-store experience, retail shrinkage)
Should have handled and delivered complex projects within store operations domain
Would have worked as product owners to understand and define strategic priorities/ product roadmap
One who could liaise with business owner to identify business needs and develop suitable product portfolio.
Has good experience writing user story, can break down Epics into User Stories
Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
Supporting pre-sales activities as stores subject matter expert by actively participating in win theme discussions, deal shaping process, other BD activities, etc.
Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on their store operations transformation journey
Should have worked with leadership team and define the capability offerings of retail store operations
