Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Manager with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects from inception to completion ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on industry best practices and market trends.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present findings.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders effectively communicating project status and results.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Mentor and coach junior team members fostering their professional development.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements incorporating relevant knowledge into project work.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.
Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance with experience in the domain being highly desirable.
