We're looking for experienced consultants from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain to mentor aspiring management consultants. This is a flexible, part-time contract role where you'll coach candidates through their consulting interview prep and career transitions.
Must-Have:
- Current or former front-end consultant at MBB firms (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- Strong case interview skills and frameworks
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience recruiting or interviewing candidates
- Background in multiple industries or functions
- MBA from a top business school
What you'll do as a Coach
- Case Interview Prep: Conduct mock case interviews and provide detailed feedback
- CV/Resume Reviews: Help candidates craft compelling consulting resumes
- Cover Letter Guidance: Review and refine application materials
- Interview Strategy: Coach on fit interviews, networking, and overall prep strategy
- Career Guidance: Share insights on consulting careers and firm selection
