Work on end-to-end strategy cases (market assessment, customer/competitor insights, growth options, go-to-market, and implementation plans).
Structure ambiguous problems, formulate hypotheses, and triangulate qualitative and quantitative evidence to support recommendations.
Translate survey results into clear insights, drivers, and implications for strategy
Manage, deliver, and oversee client projects of varying complexity, from inception through to completion, including:
Understand and scope the client's requirements
Estimate efforts and prepare a work plan with timelines
Leading the problem-solving effort
Prepare high-quality presentations (PPT) for CXOs, and other key stakeholders on the client side
Managing analysis, research, and quality assurance
Liaising with client contacts on sharing progress/ project updates on a day-to-day basis through Zoom/ MS teams
Key competencies
Preferably to have an MBA/ master's degree education
4-8 years of experience in leading strategic consulting projects
Experience in proposal drafting
Experience in building and managing client relationships.
Experience/knowledge of AI, technology and finance
Experience in designing or delivering innovative projects and programs
Build intuitive dashboards in Power BI and/or Tableau clear metrics, and actionable drilldowns.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships to generate a continuous work stream.
Proven ability to work in small teams and deliver high-quality consulting projects in the decarbonization and energy transition space.
Excellent strategic problem-solving skills and solution development.
Excellent project management and project delivery skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to lead and run discussions, present to top management and prepare high-quality presentations.
Ability to work effectively in a complex team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
