Position Overview 

We are seeking a talented Consulting Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analysis, business intelligence, and technical expertise to transform complex B2B datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients and internal stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilites:

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, innovations, market dynamics, and customer behavior to support decision-making and identify risks or opportunities. 
  • Analyze data from diverse sources (industry reports, databases, market research) using structured research methodologies and frameworks. 
  • Deliver actionable insights through well-crafted reports, presentations, and summaries with clear recommendations. 
  • Track and interpret cross-industry mega trends and apply them across domains; develop research strategies using secondary sources and analyst input. 
  • Manage and structure raw data into usable formats, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. 
  • Perform headline and deep-dive analysis, highlighting trends and insights to support strategic decisions and sales teams. 
  • Maintain quality standards through approved methodologies and best practices; ensure findings are error-free, structured, and documented. 
  • Support research projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines, content development, and administrative coordination. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify deliverables, communicate proactively, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout research processes. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 2 years+ of relevant work experience in consulting, research, strategy, business analysis, or industry intelligence.
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience (internship or full-time) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); strong skills in data structuring, analysis, and presentation development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
