Job Description

We're looking for a Consulting Analyst specializing in Life Science Consulting to serve as a connector between business requirements and technology solutions for organizations operating in the life sciences space.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders, examining processes and requirements, and helping design and roll out digital tools across clinical, commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to collect, record, and evaluate business needs within Life Sciences operational areas
  • Convert business objectives into detailed functional specifications for technology teams to act upon
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of digital platforms and AI-driven tools
  • Perform research into market trends and domain-specific developments to surface opportunities, risks, and patterns
  • Help build business cases, map out process flows, and assess potential impacts

Requirements

  • Between 1 and 5 years of background in Life Sciences consulting, business analysis, or comparable positions
  • Academic credentials including a B.Pharm, a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Agricultural Sciences, and an MBA from a top-tier institution
  • Solid grasp of operational processes within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Working knowledge of IT and digital transformation topics, including analytics, data platforms, cloud computing, and AI
  • Awareness of regulatory frameworks, such as GxP, FDA, or EMA guidelines
  • Background collaborating with international teams and client organizations
  • Sharp analytical thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and thorough documentation skills
  • Confident presentation abilities paired with effective stakeholder management
