Job Summary
Investigating client-reported issues Reviewing API logs and payloads Working with Development and QA teams Coordinating production fixes Monitoring deployments and releases Updating Jira tickets Client communication and status updates Communication skills are mandatory. Resources will interact directly with clients and account teams. Production support personnel require production access.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities collectively being performed across 100 + clients Investigating client-reported claim and leave record issues Researching missing or unexpected data from Workday submissions (for example Last Day Worked not being provided) Reviewing Anypoint logs and API request payloads to determine why records did or did not process Working closely with Development and QA teams to reproduce and validate issues Implementing and testing API logic adjustments and fixes Coordinating with the client on data corrections and validation both for API/SSO related Monitoring retroactive data processing and production releases Creating spikes for API enchantments and waiting for official deployment Updating Jira tickets Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders Hopping on calls with the client and AE to make sure expectations are aligned Mode of pings Team IM Email INC INT
