About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Consulting Analyst to support business consulting, research, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to evaluate business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Gather and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports, presentations, business proposals, and analytical documents.
• Support consulting projects through research, data analysis, and solution development.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Assist in developing business strategies, operational improvement plans, and recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and structured communication.
• Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and strategic analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of business analysis and project management methodologies.
• Experience with consulting projects, market research, or business strategy.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
