Position: Consultant Vitreo-Retina Surgeon (VR Surgeon) – Part Time
Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
Qualification
- MS / DNB Ophthalmology
- Fellowship in Vitreo-Retina Surgery – Mandatory
Experience
- 1–5 years preferred (Surgical retina experience required)
Duty Timing
- Morning or Evening Slot (Flexible OPD + Surgery as per schedule)
- Part Time / Visiting Basis
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct OPD consultations for retina patients
- Diagnose and manage retinal disorders such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular disorders, RVO, etc.
- Perform vitreo-retinal surgeries (PPV, RD surgery, etc.)
- Perform procedures like intravitreal injections, laser treatments, OCT/FFA interpretation
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Coordinate with OT team and clinical staff for surgical cases
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
