Consultant Vertical 1: Transport & Logistics Sector

Educational Qualification

MBA / M.Tech / Post Graduate degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, Infrastructure, Project Management, or any other relevant discipline.

Essential / Desired Experience

The candidate should have:

• Minimum 3 years of overall professional experience, including at least 1 year of experience in project management and monitoring of infrastructure projects with Central/State Government organizations and/or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
• Experience in monitoring key stages of infrastructure projects, including conceptualization, approval, sanction, statutory clearances, award, and implementation.
• Experience in analyzing project time and cost overruns, key project performance parameters, and identifying bottlenecks/constraints along with appropriate remedial measures.
• Experience in preparation, review, evaluation, or monitoring of infrastructure projects involving:
• Cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Physical and financial progress
• Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
• Feasibility Reports
• Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports (TEFRs)
• Experience in project appraisal, evaluation, approval, clearance, conceptualization, and sanction of infrastructure projects undertaken by Central/State Government organizations, PSUs, and/or donor-funded agencies.
• Experience in evaluation, appraisal, preparation, or review of infrastructure DPRs, Feasibility Reports, TEFRs, project proposals, and related project documentation.

Desirable Experience

• Degree, diploma, or certification in Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience in data analytics and data modelling, particularly involving infrastructure-sector projects.
• Experience in analyzing project data and developing data-driven insights for project monitoring, performance assessment, and decision-making.
