About The Opportunity

Healthcare Tertiary care & multispeciality hospital sector seeking experienced superspecialty consultants to deliver high-quality outpatient and inpatient services across two busy centres in Greater Noida/Dadri. We operate modern diagnostic, procedural and support facilities focused on measurable clinical outcomes and excellent patient experience.

Primary role title: Consultant SuperSpecialty Physician (Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Urology, Gastroenterology)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality OPD and IPD clinical care within a structured 9:00 AM 4:00 PM shift, including diagnosis, treatment planning and follow-up.
  • Perform specialty-specific procedures and diagnostics (e.g., echocardiography, endoscopy/colonoscopy, hemodialysis management, cystoscopy) as per hospital protocols.
  • Manage acute admissions, coordinate with emergency and critical care teams, and lead specialty-specific rounds for continuity of care.
  • Document clinical encounters, treatment plans and procedure notes accurately in the hospital information system and support coding/billing processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (radiology, pathology, critical care, nursing) to optimise patient pathways and reduce length of stay.
  • Participate in clinical governance: case reviews, morbidity & mortality meetings, quality improvement initiatives and teaching of junior clinicians.

Skills & Qualifications

MustHave

  • Relevant superspecialty qualification (MD/DM/DNB/MCh or equivalent) in Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Urology or Gastroenterology.
  • Proven ability to deliver OPD and inpatient care in a hospital setting with routine performance of specialty procedures.
  • Proficiency in specialty diagnostic modalities and procedures (refer to skills list above).
  • Strong clinical documentation practices and familiarity with hospital workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • Eligibility to practice in India and commitment to hospital patientsafety and clinical governance standards.
  • Preferred
  • Additional certifications in advanced life support or procedural certifications (e.g., endoscopy credentialing, ACLS) and prior experience in a multispeciality tertiary centre.

Location & Working Pattern

  • Onsite roles at Vedansh Surya Hospital (Greater Noida) and Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital & Heart Centre (Dadri).
  • Fixed clinic timings: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM; rostered inpatient/ oncall duties as per departmental schedule.
