Position Overview:

As a Consultant Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support IGT's strategic goals. This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across functions
• Leverage multiple recruitment tools and platforms to identify suitable talent
• Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless hiring process
• Conduct reference checks and manage background verification procedures
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report recruitment metrics, updating stakeholders on hiring progress
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and industry best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering quality talent
