3-5 years of experience implementing leading EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions, including CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan.
Experience working within a global delivery model, collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies such as North America, Europe, India, and Singapore.
Specific expertise in Tagetik modules (Workforce Planning, Capex, Production Cost, ESG Reporting) with experience in both cloud and on-premises EPM solutions.
Functional knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost management, and/or financial and management reporting.
Hands-on experience with strong client-facing capabilities and communication skills, capable of designing and building Tagetik configurations.
A team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues to meet time-sensitive client deliverables.
Desired certification of Tagetik Pro level, with an intent to achieve Champion level within two years.

A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
A bachelor s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience is required by Huron.
