Technology & Operations Supply Chain Outbound Logistics Operations

Department's goal is to achieve 100% timely deliverables to all stakeholders along with process initiatives. This department is operating globally, so an international experience comes with the job. We are looking for skilled personals who are well structured, well organized and ready to work in an international Environment with many cultural differences. You need to be able to handle large amount of data, coordinating with various stake holders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment
• Plan and optimize transportation schedules while ensuring compliance with project timelines and logistics requirements
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), pre-alerts, proof of delivery (POD), and packing lists
• Collaborate with logistics service providers (LSPs), carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment execution
• Monitor shipment milestones, pickup status, transit progress, and final delivery to proactively resolve operational issues
• Manage transportation rate requests, carrier communications, and freight-related negotiations to support cost optimization initiatives
• Maintain project execution trackers, logistics dashboards, and project checklists to provide accurate reporting and visibility
• Archive logistics documentation and shipment records in SharePoint and other designated systems to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Coordinate material readiness activities with warehouses and internal suppliers to support project execution schedules
• Support procurement and finance processes by initiating Purchase Requisition (PR) requests and validating purchase order information
• Manage transportation budget trackers and perform budget versus actual cost analysis to ensure financial control
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for domestic and international shipments and support invoice reconciliation activities
• Follow up with carriers and vendors on pending invoices and resolve invoice discrepancies to facilitate timely payments
• Generate and review logistics reports, including park-and-block reports and shipment performance data
• Coordinate container and equipment release activities with external partners and service providers
• Participate in project planning and operational review meetings to align transportation activities with business requirements

Qualifications

• Any graduation, preferably certification in supply chain and logistics management
• 5-8 yrs of experience as transport coordination, preferable in transport
• Having experience in direct procurement, logistics and transport Process
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Expertise with SAP ERP MM or TM modules
• Good written and verbal communication skills and able to speak with confidence
• Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to details and exceptional customer service orientation
• Innovative mind set to explore potential opportunities & propose changes within sphere of influence and drive towards process standardization
