Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Participate in requirement workshops and capture business requirements for ERP modules.
Analyze requirements, map them to ERP functionality, identify gaps, and provide resolutions.
Configure and test ERP systems, conduct conference room pilots, and participate in integration, user acceptance testing, and production cutover activities.
Review and validate technical solutions for functional gaps under supervision.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
Assist in Proof of Concepts (POCs) as required.
Identify training needs and ensure completion of mandatory trainings.
