Consultant - Service FMV Valuation

• Responsible for execution of end-to-end valuation engagements incl. Specifically assisting pharma clients with FMV Assessment of their fee for service arrangements with 3rd party vendors (e.g., HUB, Specialty pharmacy, Wholesaler, Specialty Distributor) for regulatory compliance and management planning purposes.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative FMV analyses, including Benchmarking, market research, and compensation analysis.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute)
• Be responsible for the high-quality timely delivery of projects
• Review the work of/guide team members
• Build strong professional relationship with onshore teams through project work

Qualifications


Educational qualifications

• CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)
  
  

Work Experience


The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of working experience in business valuation (especially in Service FMV assessments)
