Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll be responsible for:
- Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
- Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
- Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
- Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
The Successful Applicant
We're Open To a Variety Of Backgrounds, Including
- Sales professionals with at least 3-6 years of experience from B2B Tech, Digital Native, AI and ML sales background.
- Experienced Recruitment Consultants looking for their next challenge.
