Job Overview

Deliver and manage ad-hoc research requests for pharma and life sciences companies, including market assessments, competitive analyses, digital health roadmaps, epidemiology studies, analog benchmarking, GTM strategies, and brand and portfolio strategies. Responsibilities include conducting desk research, performing quantitative analysis using IQVIA data assets, developing storyboards, managing stakeholders and projects, supporting business development, and driving process improvements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth desk research to develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets, companies, or opportunities o Gather information using secondary sources and IQVIA data to generate actionable insights.
  • Lead strategic consulting engagements across opportunity assessment, market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, market sizing, and portfolio strategy.
  • Analyze and integrate qualitative and quantitative data into client-ready presentations and recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, act as the primary client/stakeholder contact, oversee timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Support business development through proposal creation, stakeholder relationship management, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and operational excellence by leveraging AI/automation, improving processes, contributing to new offerings, and delivering internal trainings.

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Consulting, or Professional Services Outsourcing organizations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
  • Experienced in designing research methodologies, leveraging multiple data sources, and aligning findings with client objectives.
  • Capable of independently managing client communications, expectations, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging global stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a focus on innovation, process improvement, quality delivery, and problem-solving; prior Primary Intelligence experience is a plus.

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences from a recognized premier institute
