5+ years of exp in SAP REFX Should have experience in SAP FICO & SAP RE-FX. Strong Implementation experience on SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real-Estate) . Should be able to manage rental/lease End-to-End processes (New, Renew/extension, and End/termination) Real estate property occupancy reports - with the type of property, measurements and occupancy status. Operational reporting and KPIs for real estate properties. Maintain Master Data (Business Entity, Business Unit, Pooled space, Rental space/ Rental unit, Meters etc.) Contract maintenance, Billing for direct charges. Sending renewal notices, Renewal of contracts with escalation in rates automatically or manually.
