Consultant - SAP

Job Description

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Associate‑SAP to join our SAP Modernization – Delivery department. You will work on end‑to‑end implementation of SAP Build Process Automations, Apps, and Workflows, leveraging ABAP and JavaScript to create custom scripts and extensions. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge SAP Cloud technologies and collaboration with a dynamic delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP Build Process Automation (SBPA) workflows and applications.
• Customize scripts using ABAP and JavaScript within SBPA.
• Participate in requirement gathering and solution design sessions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to integrate SAP solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automations.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support deployment and post‑go‑live support for SAP automation projects.
• Assist in migration of legacy processes to SAP Build Apps & Workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best‑practice adoption.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Build Process Automation, Apps, or Workflows.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP for custom scripting.
• Strong JavaScript coding skills for SBPA extensions.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform fundamentals.
• Experience in gathering functional requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Ability to perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Willingness to learn emerging SAP modernization technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
