MTX Group Inc. (MTX) is currently hiring for the position of
Consultant in a
Technical Role. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in leading large-scale complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall quality of our Salesforce implementation.

Key Responsibilities :
The Consultant is expected to lead large scale/complex project(s) executing the following responsibilities:
- Project Collaboration:
- Ensure effective collaboration and execution throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage changes to Salesforce code and configurations, and collaborate with other developers in a team environment to ensure security best practices and code optimization.
- Ensure project timelines are met in collaboration with the PMO and Functional workstream.
- Solution Design Document & Deliverables:
- Support in creating comprehensive technical design documents outlining the architecture, data model, and implementation details of Salesforce solutions.
- Support in Importing/exporting data, mapping data, cleansing data, migrationing data, and manipulating data using Data Loader or other ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
- Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions:
- Use Lightning Web components, Force.com Apex Class, Triggers, etc., to develop custom solutions that meet business requirements.
- Design patterns, implement Asynchronous Apex, write effective unit tests and test class, develop triggers, and adhere to coding best practices.
- Develop custom UI using Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, including advanced CSS and JavaScript.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Technical Support and Integration:
- Automate development processes, including continuous integration, deployment, and release cycles.
- Integrate applications with Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Jitterbit or Informatica.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by conducting code reviews with a focus on identifying potential issues and ensuring code quality.
- Debug, and resolve defects found during testing phases.
- Work closely with the functional team to integrate testing into the development process and resolve issues.
- Execute UAT with stakeholders and make sure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications.
- Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:
- Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance.
- Organization Development:
- Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the entry professionals, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
- Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.
- Lead Continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes and procedures.
- Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects.
- Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence) :
- Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets .
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintenance of Salesforce Certifications.
- Required to travel for key project milestones.
- Maintain utilization goals.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise technology solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong experience in .NET technologies including ASP.NET , C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, Web API, and MVC architecture.
- Experience in developing and maintaining web applications, REST APIs, and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with PowerBI including dashboard creation, data visualization, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for developing low-code/no-code business applications and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Power Automate for process automation and integration workflows.
- Proficient in database development and management using SQL Server, including stored procedures, views, joins, and performance tuning.
- Competent in application security, user access management, and role-based permissions.
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Knowledge of integration techniques and APIs to integrate enterprise applications with third-party systems.
- Experience in data migration, transformation, and ETL processes using SQL, SSIS, or other ETL tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
