Role & Responsibilities
- Interpret and report on diagnostic imaging studies including X-ray, CT, MRI, USG, and Mamograpraghy with clinical correlation and urgency-based prioritization.
- Collaborate with referring clinicians to provide timely, actionable insights and support complex case discussions.
- Ensure adherence to radiology protocols, radiation safety standards, and diagnostic accuracy benchmarks across all case volumes.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards, radiology-pathology correlations, and quality assurance audits.
- Provide mentorship and radiology teaching to junior radiologists and residents where applicable.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of AI-assisted diagnostic tools by validating outputs and providing clinical feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
- DM / DNB Radiology (or equivalent) with active registration with NMC or state medical council
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience in diagnostic radiology
- Proven expertise in interpreting all major modalities: CT, MRI, USG, X-ray
- Strong clinical correlation skills with ability to communicate findings clearly to referring physicians
- Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnostic platforms or interest in integrating AI into reporting workflows
