Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Test Automation Framework Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable mobile automation frameworks.
• Implement automation solutions for Android, iOS, and web mobile applications.
• Apply design patterns such as Page Object Model (POM), Factory, and Singleton.

Automation Execution & Development

• Develop automated test scripts using Appium and Espresso.
• Write automation code using Java and JavaScript.
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability of test frameworks.

API & Backend Testing

• Perform API testing using RestAssured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Validate backend services and ensure integration reliability.
• Support database validation using SQL/MySQL queries.

BDD & Test Design

• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with Agile user stories and requirements.

CI/CD Integration & DevOps Collaboration

• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Ensure continuous testing in cloud-based environments.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enable automated execution pipelines.

Tools & Test Management

• Work with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Zephyr.
• Track test execution, defects, and reporting metrics.
• Maintain test documentation and execution reports.

Mobile Testing & Platform Expertise

• Perform automation testing for mobile applications using Appium and Android Studio.
• Work with cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-platform compatibility.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Work in Agile development environments and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams.
• Support fast-paced delivery models and iterative releases.
