Job Description
- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions in the public policy industry
- Cross leveraging with other practice areas within the organisation and work toward building a strong brand within the client community
- Select and present the most suitable candidates to the clients - advise both clients and candidates during the assignment
- Partner with senior stakeholders within client organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements
- Become a reference in your market while having optimistic business development objectives
- Manage candidate assessment, screening and maintaining a robust pipeline and recall of top talent for various searches
- Execute mid to senior level mandates and give directions and drive execution of mandates within the team
