Job Description

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for individuals and groups

Diagnose mental health conditions and develop treatment plans

Provide counseling, therapy, and guidance using evidence-based methods

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, or corporate teams as needed

Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Offer expert advice on behavioral management, stress reduction, and mental health promotion

Stay updated on the latest research, therapies, and best practices in psychology

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology

License or registration with a recognized psychological association (e.g., local or national board)

Proven experience in clinical, counseling, or organizational psychology

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and ability to work with diverse populations
