Position: Consultant – Procurement Transformation

This role involves supporting procurement cost transformation engagements across clients, focusing on delivering measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and procurement transformation initiatives. Working closely with clients to identify opportunities, execute sourcing strategies, and drive tangible value. The role requires someone who can operate independently, structure problems clearly, and contribute to client-facing delivery.

Job Description:
- Procurement Cost Transformation
- Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities across procurement categories
- Support development and execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives
- Drive RFx processes, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting
- Contribute to cost reduction programs and value realization tracking
- Procurement Analysis & Problem Solving
- Analyze spend data, supplier base, and procurement processes
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunity areas for savings
- Structure problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations
- Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Work on client-facing procurement transformation projects
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders
- Create clear and structured presentations for clients
- Manage assigned workstreams with ownership and accountability
Profile Description:
- Experience
- 2 to 4 years of total experience years in procurement Transformation (industry or consulting)
- 1–2 years in consulting or procurement cost transformation projects
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives
- Procurement Expertise
- Strategic sourcing and category management
- Supplier negotiations and contracting
- RFQ / RFx processes
- Procurement cost optimization levers
- Supplier relationship management
- PR-to-PO procurement lifecycle
