Consultant Platform & Applications Engineer (ITSM)

This role is responsible for development / configuration activities necessary to implement the ITSM/ITOM solutions. Produce documentation and design documents for the implementation of the product. Configure tooling according to requirements. Participate in project development activities (customization and bug fixing), also in the Business Analysis and Technical design. The role is also responsible for taking ownership of and leading customer engagement and development activities.

Consultant Platform & Applications Engineer (Platforms/Integrations/Automations)

.Provide Expertise: Offer expert advice on solutioning applications, integrations, and automations for internal and customer-facing IT systems.

.Experience: Have expertise in delivering configurations, integrations, and automations for enterprise level IT Management Systems.

.Design and Implement: Lead the design and implementation of application and system integrations and automations.

.Analyse and Align: Conduct complex analysis of business goals, aligning technology solutions to enhance business activities.

.Maintain Catalogue: Keep a product/service catalogue of standard integration and automation solutions and communicate product lifecycles.

.Patch and Upgrade: Perform application patching and release upgrades, ensuring system stability and security.

.Collaborate: Work closely with various business teams to ensure effective IT service delivery.

.Maintain Technical Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for service improvements, engaging with vendors for value realisation and compliance.

.Develop Automation: Create automation solutions for tasks like self-healing, maintenance, patching, release updates, and monitoring.

.Work Flexibly: Perform necessary tasks outside of normal working hours for major faults or planned maintenance, and as an on-call contact.
