Position Overview:

Ayoo Care is actively seeking a full-time Consultant Physician. The ideal candidate will hold an MBBS and MD in General Medicine, bringing a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. As a Consultant Physician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our members and their families. Your responsibilities will include managing patients medical conditions, offering health education, and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure optimal care. Acting as the Family Physician for Ayoo Care members, you will work closely with various specialties, both within and outside Ayoo Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting consultations with patients to understand symptoms and health concerns.
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribing or administering medication, and specialised medical care.
• Explaining procedures, discussing test results, and providing health advice.
• Monitoring patients conditions and progress, re-evaluating treatments when necessary.
• Offering health and wellness advice, including diet, physical activity, and disease prevention.
• Administering immunizations against preventable diseases.
• Maintaining detailed notes of appointments and test results.
• Referring patients to other specialists when necessary.
• Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care.

Qualifications/Experience:

• MBBS and MD in General Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
• Valid Medical licence.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Preferred experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience in treating adolescents and adults.
