Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant Pathologist, based in Hyderabad. The role involves performing diagnostic evaluations, analyzing laboratory samples, and interpreting test results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. The Consultant Pathologist will also be responsible for supervising laboratory operations, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centric care in a hospital setting.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Pathology, including the diagnosis and analysis of diseases
- Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to integrate clinical knowledge into laboratory practice
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample handling and diagnostic techniques
- In-depth knowledge of Histology and its application in disease identification
- Experience in Laboratory Medicine, including maintaining quality standards and reporting results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and clear reporting to medical teams
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent in Pathology from a recognized institution is required
- Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting is preferred
