What you will end up doing
- Perform a deep diagnostic of client processes, systems, and workflows across functions (sales, operations, supply chain, service, etc.)
- Map end-to-end current-state processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, leakages, and control gaps using structured process engineering tools.
- Design future-state processes and operating models aligned with the client's growth vision, scale plans, and operational realities.
- Translate strategic intent into clear process designs, SOPs, workflows, and system requirements.
- Build data-backed insights by defining metrics, analysing operational data, and identifying performance improvement opportunities.
- Support clients in process standardisation, systemisation, and digitisation, ensuring repeatability and scalability.
- Work closely with strategy teams to ensure processes, systems, and execution capabilities are aligned with recommended strategies.
- Facilitate implementation through:
- Project plans and milestones
- Process ownership models
- Change tracking and issue resolution
- Basic project management tools and dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation by tracking outcomes, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective actions.
Qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Stream)
