Consultant -Noise Modelling

ROLE SUMMARY

Undertake environmental modelling and drwaings, assist in in-house Python code development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for undertaking noise / air quality modelling for infrastructure and development projects

- Provide drawing by using CAD and GIS software based on specifications, sketches, and verbal instructions

- Develop and modify the in-house Python code to facilitate the noise / air quality modelling

- To handle ad hoc projects as per required.

KEY COMPETENCIES

- At least 2-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in using noise / air quality modelling (such as RoadNoise / CadnaA / CALINE / AERMOD). With experience in other air quality model (e.g. CMAQ, WRF, SMOKE) will be an advantage.

- At least 2-5 years of applying Python code in noise / air quality modelling

- At least 2-5 years of relevant hands-on experience in using AutoCAD and/or GIS

- With experience in other environmental modelling will be also considered, such as water quality models (e.g. Delft 3D).

- Good command of both spoken and written English

- Independent, proactive, result-oriented and able to handle multi-task with strong business acumen
