Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for neonatal patients.
- Providing guidance and supervision to residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in the field of neonatology.
- Participating in the development and implementation of research projects related to neonatal care and contributing to academic publications.
- Maintaining accurate and updated medical records of patients, adhering to institutional and regulatory guidelines.
- Engaging in continuous professional development, including attending conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
