As our Head of Marketing steps into a beautiful new chapter of motherhood, we're seeking a Consultant Brand Head a visionary leader with 10+ years of experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care to guide The Face Shop India through its next wave of digital growth and brand evolution.
Your Role at a Glance:
You'll be the strategic guardian of The Face Shop India steering brand strategy, digital innovation, and revenue growth. With 90% of sales driven by online channels, you'll be at the forefront of crafting high-impact, data-led, and AI-powered marketing campaigns that convert awareness into advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership & P&L Ownership
- Chart the brand's growth roadmap, balancing premium positioning with profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless online + offline brand experiences.
- Take charge of the brand P&L driving topline growth while optimizing spends.
2. Digital-First Growth & AI-Driven Marketing
- Spearhead performance marketing across Meta, Google, and YouTube with a sharp eye on ROI.
- Harness AI tools to personalize content, enhance campaign effectiveness, and track engagement.
- Strengthen influencer partnerships and digital storytelling to amplify brand visibility.
3. Skincare Expertise & Content Excellence
- Transform product insights into powerful narratives that educate and inspire consumers.
- Lead creative directions for campaigns highlighting The Face Shop's unique product benefits.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to maintain consistent brand tonality.
4. E-Commerce & Retail Integration
- Align marketing and sales strategies across key platforms Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and brand.com.
- Drive online conversion through campaigns that merge storytelling with shoppability.
- Support retail activations that reinforce digital-led awareness in offline spaces.

Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 10+ years in brand marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or personal care.
- Digitally Native: Expert in performance marketing, social strategy, and influencer ecosystems.
- Business-Driven: Strong grasp of P&L management and measurable business outcomes.
- Innovative Thinker: Fluent in AI-driven marketing tools and emerging digital trends.
- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution preferred.
