Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Customize existing themes and plugins.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.
• Create and manage Custom Post Types (CPTs), Taxonomies, and Meta Boxes.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Minimize the usage of Elementor, Gutenberg, or other page builders.
• Optimize website performance using caching, lazy loading, image optimization, and code minification.
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID).
• Implement responsive designs using Bootstrap or CSS frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and fix WordPress issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
• Perform website migrations from local to live servers.
• Manage multisite WordPress installations.
• Implement SEO/AEO/GEO best practices including schema markup, metadata, XML sitemaps, and URL optimization.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve WordPress security vulnerabilities and website security issues.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
