We're looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Workday Adaptive Planning to join our clients team

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: 5+ years

Job Role:

• Own the full lifecycle of solution delivery – from requirement gathering to implementation

• Convert business needs into scalable system designs and financial models

• Evaluate system changes and assess downstream impact

• Build and manage integrations between Adaptive Planning and other enterprise systems

• Create and maintain planning structures, models, and key financial drivers

• Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders

• Support user enablement, training, and adoption initiatives

• Oversee system security, access controls, and data integrity processes

Job Requirements:

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

• Hands-on expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning

• Strong grasp of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting concepts

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling techniques

• Exposure to ERP environments (SAP preferred)

• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
