Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Lead CyberArk Engineer!

In this role of Lead CyberArk Engineer, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in core areas such as Vault, PVWA, PSM and PSMP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the administration, upkeep, and upgrade of CyberArk solutions and a deep understanding of security concepts and hardening, Identity management best practices and good understanding of network and load balancing.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk.

  • Monitor and manage Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using varied CyberArk components.

  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure their availability such that there are no service disruptions for end users.

  • Responsible for testing and upgrades of the CyberArk platform in the lower environment and production.

  • Perform CyberArk upgrades as per organization and Vendor release roadmap.

  • Troubleshoot issues with Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers.

  • Co-ordinate with IT functions group for remediation of identified vulnerabilities and adhere to and follow all change management policies as required to be met by the organization.

  • Understand active threats against the corporate IT systems and coordinate with cyber intelligence teams.

  • Appropriately work with incident response teams and other support teams to ensure remediation of issues.

  • Participate in meetings to understand and recommend the best technical, most cost-effective solutions.

  • Manage support requests and unexpected incidents in accordance with organizational requirements.

  • Be willing to serve as either a project leader or as a technical resource in the development, deployment and/or sustainment of an enterprise-level initiative.

  • Update knowledgebase and documentation to stay relevant and bring the team up to speed on latest versions, configuration changes and development initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Good years of experience in Privileged Identity Management with varied platforms primarily CyberArk required.

  • Good understanding of privileged user lifecycle management.

  • Onboarding accounts using Accounts Discovery and the Password Upload Utility.

  • Understanding of System architecture and workflows

  • Successfully managing passwords (Verification, Change, and Reconciliation).

  • Producing reports on various system and user activities to update SLA and metrics.

  • Ensuring logs are integrated with the SIEM tool and configuring the various logs that are available to troubleshoot problems and as advised by the SOC teams.

  • Securely manage and monitor privileged account access to target hosts using Privileged Session Manager.

  • Detailed understanding of varied components in CyberArk as below

  • CyberArk Digital Vault

  • Creating and Managing Safes

  • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)

  • PSM for Web and SSH

  • Central Policy Manager

  • On-Demand Privileges Manager (OPM)

  • Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)

  • PSM SSH Proxy and Backup and Restore.

  • CyberArk Command Line Interface (PACLI)

  • Knowledge on CPM and PSM connector customization

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Certified CyberArk Defender

  • Certified CyberArk Sentry

  • Certified CyberArk Guardian

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP

  • Familiar with Windows, UNIX, LINUX and IOS operating systems

  • Good ITIL knowledge

  • Flexible to work for 24x7 process.

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to prepare Dashboards and Reports

  • Experience of working independently & as a team player

  • Should have a proactive work approach and ability to think out of the box.
