Job Description
Lead the development and execution of Industry 4.0 strategies, including IoT, AI, robotics, big data, automation, AR, smart sensors, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through the application of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Provide expert advice and guidance on the application of industrial IoT, digital twins, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct regular reviews of Industry 4.0 initiatives to assess their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in Industry 4.0 technologies and trends, and provide recommendations on their application within the organization.
Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure adherence to data privacy and cybersecurity standards in all Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Work closely with the IT department to ensure the seamless integration of Industry 4.0 technologies with existing systems.
Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies across the organization through effective change management strategies.
