  • Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR technology processes.
  • Collaborate with Integration Consultants and technical teams to ensure alignment between configuration and integration solutions throughout the Workday ecosystem.
  • Partner with HR Product Owners, HR leadership, and business stakeholders to define product priorities, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Workday configurations and business process solutions.
  • Facilitate solution design workshops and provide guidance on solution options, risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve workforce processes, compliance, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) and provide configuration governance to implementation partners and vendors.
  • Lead solution reviews, release assessments, testing activities, and deployment readiness evaluations.
  • Establish and maintain configuration standards, documentation, governance processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with security, privacy, SOX, audit, and data governance requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise applications, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience within complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven success leading Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and governance activities in global enterprise environments.
  • Advanced configuration expertise in Workday Core HCM (Human Capital Management), Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, and Advanced Compensation, with strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, Security Framework, Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Data Model.
  • Experience designing scalable Workday solutions, optimizing business processes, and partnering with integration and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Succession, Benefits, or U.S. Payroll.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Experience partnering with HR leaders, Product Owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Workday release management, testing methodologies, security, privacy, audit, SOX, and data governance requirements.
  • Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, or Advanced Compensation Certification preferred.
