TM-MS Windows 2000 Admin
Job Summary
This role is accountable for overseeing the delivery and optimization of Windows 2000-based IT operations in complex, large-scale environments. The individual ensures operational excellence, drives process improvements, and empowers teams to deliver on client service level agreements while fostering innovation and high standards in system administration.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Windows 2000 administration initiatives by implementing advanced operational processes and leveraging Windows OS tools to optimize system stability and performance across large-scale environments.
2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes using MS Windows Administration frameworks to ensure compliance with client SLAs and minimize service interruptions.
3. Analyze system logs and performance metrics with Windows administrative utilities to proactively identify risks and drive root cause analysis for complex issues.
4. Guide and mentor the support team by providing technical direction on Windows 2000 environments, fostering skill development and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
5. Drive process innovation by evaluating and integrating new tools, automation scripts, or best practices within Windows OS administration to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Ensure seamless information flow and management reporting using Windows-based monitoring and reporting tools, supporting data-driven decision-making.
7. Engage with clients to understand operational requirements, translating them into actionable support strategies within the Windows 2000 framework.
8. Develop and enforce operational standards and policies for Windows administration, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Proficiency With Advanced Windows Administration Tools, Including Active Directory, Group Policy, And System Performance Monitoring Utilities.
2. Strong Expertise In Incident, Problem, And Change Management Processes Within Windows Environments.
