Graphic Designer Associate Consultant / Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support consulting and business teams with high-quality visual design across a range of client-facing and internal materials. The role involves creating professional, visually impactful assets that effectively communicate complex ideas and data, while maintaining strong alignment with brand and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling assets across presentations, reports, marketing collaterals, and internal communications.
- Create, enhance, and format professional presentation for client deliverables, proposals, and leadership communications
- Translate complex content, data, and concepts into clear, engaging, and visually structured designs
- Develop infographics, charts, icons, illustrations, and layouts in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, color usage, and formatting across all materials
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality output within tight timelines
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Review and quality-check all deliverables prior to final submission
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong graphic design expertise with experience across corporate and professional communication materials
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Solid understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to data-driven or consulting-style content is an added advantage
